More comfortable mechanics. Way more consistency. Added the roll and reverse cut to my game. Smarter in-round decision making — and a noticeable boost in confidence on the boards.

Pro Program FAQ

How quickly will I see results?

Most players see meaningful mechanic improvements within 2–3 weeks. Bigger PPR gains usually land at the 6–8 week mark once the new fundamentals settle in. Kurtis hit +1.4 PPR over 4 months.

What's the time commitment?

Plan for 1 live call per week (45–60 min) plus 2–3 hours of practice/drill work. The more you put in, the faster it compounds — but the program is designed to fit a real schedule.

How do video submissions work?

Send a clip of your throw (phone video is fine). Richard sends back a personalized video breakdown within 48–72 hours, marking what's working, what to fix, and which drills to do next.

Is this for beginners?

Pro Program is best for players who are already past the absolute beginner stage — typically 4+ PPR. If you're brand new, start with Elite Membership ($20/mo) or a one-time Video Analysis to build the basics first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel from your account whenever you want.

What if Richard isn't the right fit?

Switch to a different coach (Hunter, Colin, or Spencer) or move to a 1-on-1 lesson plan instead. Message us and we'll find what works.
